a) The new markets are mainly in black communities thus there are language, cultural and racial barriers that new entrants must overcome. Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) removes the trading barriers created by demographic differences. We gained national and international recognition and awards for implementing B-BBEE efficiently.
b) Boards must protect their investors’ assets and they need strategic partners in the new markets to help them do this. Our B-BBEE strategic partners have the trust, respect and support of local communities and can therefore protect investors’ assets at local level.
c) Senior executives must maximise shareholder value so that the enterprises they manage can prosper. Our B-BBEE interventions result in Public Private Partnerships so that enterprises qualify for State funds to constantly enhance their operations.
